Write to the editors

Three fields. No forms that go on.

Your name, an email or phone, and which service you need. The message field is optional; a sentence about what you are working on is enough, and we will ask the rest on the call.

Common questions
Before you write

The five things medical researchers ask first.

How do you protect the confidentiality of my research?

Every engagement begins with a signed non-disclosure agreement covering unpublished data, methodology, patient information and institutional affiliations. Manuscripts, datasets and correspondence are transferred over encrypted channels and stored on access-controlled systems; files shared by email are password-protected and the passwords are sent through a separate channel.

Our writers, editors and analysts are bound by the same confidentiality undertaking. We do not disclose client identities, publication plans, or any portion of the work to third parties - including other clients - at any point during or after the engagement.

What happens if the journal rejects my manuscript?

Journal rejection is a normal part of peer review, not the end of the project. When reviewer comments come back, we work through every point of critique, draft the rebuttal letter, and revise the manuscript to address substantive and editorial concerns. Revisions are included in the original engagement.

If the editorial decision is a hard reject, we help re-target the manuscript to a better-suited journal - one aligned with the study's scope, methodology and impact tier - and prepare the resubmission against the new journal's author guidelines. Our role continues through to acceptance.

How does pricing work, and can I pay in instalments?

Every project is priced individually after we understand the scope, study type, word-count expectation and depth of editorial support needed. Once the brief is agreed, we send a fixed written quote with the deliverables itemised - no open-ended hourly billing, no hidden line items, and no up-charges if a revision cycle runs longer than planned.

For multi-stage engagements such as thesis work or systematic reviews, the quote can be split into milestone-linked instalments - payable as each stage is reviewed and accepted by you. We share the payment schedule before any work begins, so you know exactly what is due and when.

Who writes and edits my manuscript - are they qualified in my field?

Radiant Minds works with a panel of writers and editors who hold clinical or research qualifications in the subject area they handle - MBBS, MD, MS, DM, DNB, MPH or PhD credentials, most with published work in peer-reviewed indexed journals. A project is assigned by matching the manuscript's specialty to an editor whose training aligns.

Statistical work is handled by analysts fluent in SPSS, R and STATA, with experience in clinical trial design, observational study analysis and sample-size calculation. When your project spans disciplines - say, a bench-to-bedside paper - we pair a domain editor with a methodologist, so both the science and the statistics are reviewed by people who understand them.

Is the work original, and how do you prevent plagiarism?

Every draft we deliver is original writing produced against your methodology, your data and your argument. Before any manuscript leaves our desk it is screened through Turnitin and iThenticate, and the similarity reports are shared with the delivery - not kept internal. Quoted material, prior-art references and self-citations are checked for correct attribution per the target journal's citation style (typically AMA 11th edition or Vancouver / ICMJE).

We follow ICMJE authorship recommendations and COPE ethical guidelines - which means we do not offer ghost-authorship, we do not sign our names to your work, and we do not reuse material from other clients. The manuscript is yours; our role is editorial and analytic support, documented plainly in the acknowledgements if you wish.
